Destiny Care Ministries was founded in 2007 by Pastor Moses and Dorcas Okumu of the Kasese Pentecostal church in Uganda. They wanted to address the need of the orphans and needy children in their community who came about as a result of wars, floods, and epidemics like HIV/Aids and cholera.
